Nathan Rubinfeld, Administrative Assistant
Born and raised in Santa Fe, Nathan Rubinfeld has been involved with institutions in the local arts community since he was a student at Santa Fe Preparatory School, where he graduated in 2008. He received a BA in Studio Arts and Art History from Hampshire College (Amherst, MA), before participating in the Smith College Museum of Art's Summer Institute in Art Museum Studies and returning home to Santa Fe, where he worked in sales with LewAllen Contemporary. Nathan earned an MA in 2014 through the University of Chicago's Master's of Arts Program in the Humanities. His thesis employed queer theory to explore the work of American collage artist Jess under the guidance of professor Bill Brown. Engaged in local politics and activism, Nathan is also a talented visual artist and collagist in his own right, having exhibited at various galleries in town.
