In 1996, Elouise Cobell, filed the largest class action lawsuit ever filed against the U.S. Government for the mismanagement of billions of dollars held in Trust for 300,000 Native Americans. For 15 years and three Presidential administrations she fought for justice. This is the story of how she prevailed.
